MPNO was founded in December 2004 by Cassandra DuPont to collaborate with industry peers to achieve the following:
A) Educate and provide a networking forum for qualified minorities who have an interest in pursuing a career in medical device and/or pharmaceutical sales.
B) Inspire organization members to effectively utilize networking, mentoring and social interaction as a means of achieving career goals .
C) Promote community involvement interest and awareness with High School and College students about the Pharmaceutical Industry as a career with a focus on higher education.
D)
Encourage social interaction for networking as well as a way to raise funds for our Scholarship Foundation, Toy Drive, Feed the Homeless and the Dress for Success Mission.
